The Cover — Custom eBook Cover Design

Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll initiate a brief email consultation to clarify your creative direction and begin the design process.

Within 7 business days of receiving your response confirming creative direction and required details, you’ll receive your custom cover concept for review. You may approve the design or request your included revision round.

Upon final approval, your high-resolution, upload-ready eBook cover file will be delivered.

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work
This service includes the deliverables outlined in the product description (custom front cover design, concept development, revision round, and final high-resolution file). Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

2. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital design and custom work, all payments are non-refundable once purchased. Your purchase books one of our designers. Time, research, and creative development begin immediately upon booking.

4. Revisions
The project includes the stated number of refinement rounds within the product description. Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information (title, subtitle, author name, genre, positioning details) before design begins. Delays in communication may affect timelines.

6. Client Responsiveness
Following purchase, an initial email will be sent to gather required design details and confirm creative direction. Clients are responsible for responding within 7 calendar days of this outreach.

If no response is received within 14 calendar days of the initial email, the project will be considered forfeited due to non-communication. No refunds will be issued, and a new purchase will be required to initiate services at a later date.

7. Copyright & Usage
The client receives full usage rights to the approved final cover design. The Muse Library retains the right to display the work in portfolios and promotional materials.

8. Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery timelines are provided within the product description. Timelines may vary depending on revision speed and communication.

9. Third-Party Assets
Licensed fonts and stock imagery are sourced legally. Extended licensing (if required for high-volume print runs) is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
