At The Muse Library, we strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details for all digital products and services. Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final and non-returnable.

REFUND POLICY - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All digital products and services sold by The Muse Library—including but not limited to website templates, downloads, planning tools, digital content, paywalled posts, subscriptions, memberships, and creative services—are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access or delivery provided upon purchase, all digital sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital purchases, subscriptions, or services, regardless of usage.

Access to digital content, including paywalled articles or member-only materials, may be granted immediately upon purchase or delivered according to the fulfillment timeline stated on the product page. As access cannot be revoked retroactively, all such purchases are final.
