Return + Refund Policy
RETURNS
At The Muse Library, we strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and details for all products and digital services. Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final and non-returnable.
Should you have any questions, we invite you to contact us at inquire@themuselibrary.com prior to completing your purchase.
REFUND POLICY - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Each piece we design is made with intention—produced exclusively per order. In alignment with this considered approach, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are considered final once processed.
REFUND POLICY - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All digital products and services sold by The Muse Library—including but not limited to website templates, downloads, planning tools, digital content, paywalled posts, subscriptions, memberships, and creative services—are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods and the delivery or access provided upon purchase, all digital sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital purchases, subscriptions, or services, regardless of usage.
If you have questions about a digital product or service, please contact us prior to purchase at inquire@themuselibrary.com
Access to digital content, including paywalled articles or member-only materials, may be granted immediately upon purchase or delivered according to the fulfillment timeline stated on the product page. As access cannot be revoked retroactively, all such purchases are final.
